Since a few months I am working with an elderly lady who adopted a young dog. The combination between an elderly person and a seven months old dog can sometimes lead to problems.
In this case the lady was thinking she had acquired a "bad" dog, while according to me, it is only a "young and energetic" dog. However the lady is clearly willing to learn and change her behaviour regarding the dog. Bit by bit a much more harmonious relationship is developing between the lady and her dog. For that reason working with her offers me a lot of satisfaction.
Making her life every day a bit more complicated is the fact that her husband is an Alzheimer patient. At times he is very dizzy, his speech is slurred and his memory is fading.
In order to help her husband I have proposed the following combination of Natural Tissue Salts:
Nr 1 Calcium fluoratum, 5 tablets per day
Nr 3 Ferrum phosphoricum, 5 "
Nr 5 Kalium phosphoricum, 5 "
Nr 8 Natrium chloratum, 5 "
Nr 20 Kalium aluminium sulfuricum, 10 "
Nr 21 Zincum chloratum, 5 "
I also suggested to combine the NTS with the following remedies.
Homeopathy: Ambra D3, Calcium carbonatum, Conium, Arnica, Barium, Helleborus, Glonoinum, Plumbum.
Orthomolecular medicine: a complex of Vitamin B in high doses, zinc, selenium and lecithin
Phytotherapy: Ginkgo Biloba
According to dr Mercola a food supplement of natural Astaxanthin made from microscopic seaweed and Krill Oil will alleviate the effects of Alzheimer.(for more information visit his website)

Migraine
Dear Schuessler Friend,
Migraine
A Spanish friend told me she is on a very regular basis suffering from debilitating attacks of migraine. It means that she has no other choice but to stay in bed for days on end, except when she has to go to the bathroom because she is constantly throwing up.
She did not know anything about NTS (Natural Tissue Salts) or “Las Sales Bioquímicas del Dr.Schuessler” as they are called in Spanish. According to me there is a direct link between the migraine attacks and her very stressful job, resulting in her very hard neck and shoulder muscles. These hardened muscles prevent the free energy flow between our body and our head
My advice to her has been to learn how to relax by taking meditation lessons (for instance in La Cupula/the Dome in Alcalalí or in Libreria Saludalma in Denia) and to take the following combination of NTS:
- the HOT SEVEN, which is 7 tablets of nr 7 Magnesium phosphoricum
- mixed with 7 tablets of number 1 Calcium fluoratum
- and also mixed with 20 to 30 tablets of number 10 Natrium sulfuricum
Dissolve the mixture in hot water and start drinking it, sip after sip, whenever you think an attack of migraine is coming. We do know that we keep each sip for about a minute in our mouth before swallowing it. Start again with a new mixture after 30 minutes when you think the attack is still imminent. Do not wait too long before taking the mixture because as soon as the attack is in full force the NTS cannot help you anymore.
Kindest regards.
Bruno

Fighting against cancer
Friends,
If you know me a bit, I must have told you how important the ManKindProject is in my life. If you do not know what MKP is, have a look on my website and find the link to MKP.
Today I received a message that went right to my guts. An MKP-Brother was told three months ago that he has three months to go. Since then he has been fighting his battle with cancer and he is still amongst us. His message is one of the most important teachings I have ever received in my life.
I offer you the opportunity to discover how my MKP-Brother is feeling right now.
If you can help him financially (and he is NOT asking for your help, it is me who is asking you) with the funding of his very expensive treatment, please let me know.
Read his letter NOW.
LOVE

Men, I confess that when I started to read the beautiful piece that was put out, I felt some anger.
We talk so eloquently about 'death' most of us. And why not? Most of us, I'm glad to say, have had enough of Life to see and feel, to KNOW, the Beauty of it. The sheer Splendour.
Some of us are lucky enough to have a personal relationship with 'that within us all', that which Created us, that which sustains us. That part of us, that inside of us that IS, WAS, and ALWAYS WILL BE.
So of course we're not afraid of death. How can it be 'bad', when something so beautiful, so loving, so magnificently powerful, strong and tender created us with such genius, and death is something that happens to all of us?
So, sure, I'm not afraid of death.
DEATH.
DEATH and DYING
DYING.
DYING.................
Now that's another matter. In our insulated from the real world plastic life of modern times, what do we Warriors know of dying? These days we fight our battles on a carpet, and the word 'SAFETY' is always there at the ready. I'm not belittling the battles we fight. In many ways they are harder and tougher than those of our forebears. And for sure they require courage in large measure. But.
Not many generations ago we fought our battles out in the open, in fields. Our battles STANK. They stank of blood, gore and guts. Blood, piss and shit. And the noise afterwards was that of screaming and moaning. Men, grown men, screaming for their mothers as they tried in disbelief to put their guts back in to their stomachs.
Death, that which happens AFTER WE DIE, IS ONE THING. Gibran, a true Master and Devotee, wrote, "And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?" See attachment for something truly beautiful and profound on the subject.
I am not afraid of death, but I AM afraid of dying.
BIG TIME.
Dying early, with so much left to do.
Pain, unbelievable pain, for hours and hours. Drugged up consciousness, a lack of clarity. How can I meditate on that beauty within when I'M SCREAMING MY FUCKING HEAD OFF?
So much left to do, so many opportunities lost.
The loss of independance. Watching others around me doing things 'on my behalf' that I don't want doing, and I cannot raise the strength to let my will be known. Dependency. Vulnerability.
And the not knowing. How much will it hurt? How long for?
Will I see these new leaves, so beautiful in this spring I was told three months ago I would never see..... will I see them turn to brown and fall on the ground? Will I see next spring?
And I read so much bullshit about 'a better place'. Jesus Christ said, so I'm told, "The Kingdom of Heaven is HERE and NOW. It is inside of you and I." And such is my experience, I am glad to say.
You and I KNOW that there is Hell here on earth. And Heaven. "Thy will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven" SEE? EARTH IS IN HEAVEN. We can be there now. We DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WE DIE TO GET THERE!!
An Indian Saint, Saint Tulsidas, spoke eloquently of the days in which you and I now live. The Kali Yuga, I believe it's called. "May you live in interesting times, the Chinese say. Tulsidas said, in this time, THE ANGELS THEMSELVES WILL BE QUEUEING UP FOR HUMAN BODIES"
MEN. BROTHERS. NOW is the time to live. To feel with YOUR SKIN the things you love. The dew on the morning grass with your bare feet. The texture of the hair of the dog by your side. The warmth of the sun on your skin. The unbelievable feeling of the breasts of the woman you love, who loves you, and holds you in her feminine Goddess Majesty.
Dying. Losing independence. Being in Pain. And Doubt.
These are things to fear, believe you me.
Time I stopped writing/ranting and got on with my BATTLE TO LIVE!
An Aloe enema, I think, before bed, to try to deal with this gut pain that's been bugging me since I woke up at fiveish this afternoon. The pain caused by the cancer cells I've been happily (and expensively!) murdering with mega doses of Vitamin C (50-100g at a time....)
So time to rid myself of some poison, get to bed (with my loving woman beside me!! Yay Hay!!) and get through another night of sweating out buckets of toxin, getting through three of four soaking tee shirts, to wake in the early hours, pain wracked, and drink a couple of pints of water, take twenty odd pills, have another enema, have a few hours of liberation, of joy, of happiness, of splendour. Of music. Of sunshine, maybe. Of Prayer. And for sure of LOVING. And wait...the Tiger will again stir. Someone said, "so you have good days and bad days, do you , Al?" "No," I answered . "I get a good few hours, then a bad few hours. Days? The Tiger's never that steady, that predictable."
But hey! Riding this bugger is sure BEING ALIVE! Can be a real thrill, sometimes... And I never forget that life is precious. That love is all.
So I leave you, In Joy. Excitement. Having started in anger, fear, and sorrow. How I do love free expression,
Time to say good night to you all,
Your lovin' Brother

Letter from Sendai (Japan)
Dear friends,
On ODE, the on-line magazine for intelligent optimists I found a beautiful letter published by Ann Thomas (on 14.03.2011) who is living in Sendai, the Japanese city that has been wiped off the map by an earthquake and a tsunami.
Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend's home. We share supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.
During the day we help each other clean up the mess in our homes. People sit in their cars, looking at news on their navigation screens, or line up to get drinking water when a source is open. If someone has water running in their home, they put out a sign so people can come to fill up their jugs and buckets.
It's utterly amazingly that where I am there has been no looting, no pushing in lines. People leave their front door open, as it is safer when an earthquake strikes. People keep saying, "Oh, this is how it used to be in the old days when everyone helped one another."
Quakes keep coming. Last night they struck about every 15 minutes. Sirens are constant and helicopters pass overhead often.
We got water for a few hours in our homes last night, and now it is for half a day. Electricity came on this afternoon. Gas has not yet come on. But all of this is by area. Some people have these things, others do not. No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.
There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses a mess in some places, yet then a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun. People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking their dogs. All happening at the same time.
Other unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No cars. No one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered with stars. I usually can see about two, but now the whole sky is filled. The mountains are Sendai are solid and with the crisp air we can see them silhouetted against the sky magnificently.
And the Japanese themselves are so wonderful. I come back to my shack to check on it each day, now to send this e-mail since the electricity is on, and I find food and water left in my entranceway. I have no idea from whom, but it is there. Old men in green hats go from door to door checking to see if everyone is OK. People talk to complete strangers asking if they need help. I see no signs of fear. Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no.
They tell us we can expect aftershocks, and even other major quakes, for another month or more. And we are getting constant tremors, rolls, shaking, rumbling. I am blessed in that I live in a part of Sendai that is a bit elevated, a bit more solid than other parts. So, so far this area is better off than others. Last night my friend's husband came in from the country, bringing food and water. Blessed again.
Somehow at this time I realize from direct experience that there is indeed an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now in Japan , I can feel my heart opening very wide. My brother asked me if I felt so small because of all that is happening. I don't. Rather, I feel as part of something happening that much larger than myself. This wave of birthing (worldwide) is hard, and yet magnificent.
Thank you again for your care and Love of me,
With Love in return, to you all,
Ann

A very ill dog
Today I feel quite happy because I can post this article on my blog about a dog that has been very ill indeed.
Over the years I have been helping thousands of dogs and their owners. But arriving at the home of this client I must say I had never seen a dog in such a bad physical condition.
Entering I immediately noticed the awful smell that pervaded the house. The big 6 year old dog was not only barking but constantly scratching himself and biting his right front paw. What was wrong with this pet? My client told me that according to the vet her Labrador mix was allergic TO EVERYTHING. When I hear something like that the alarm bells start ringing in my head. How can a dog be allergic to everything?
Was the dog taking any drugs?
Yes, the vet had prescribed the rather expensive drug called Atopica which the dog had been taking during about 5 (FIVE) years. According to this vet there simply was no other solution.
Taking a closer look I saw that this dog had almost no fur, that his skin resembled the skin of an elephant and that he had a deep wound on his front paw caused by constant biting. Touching him it felt as if he had a very high fever. He skin was very hot indeed.
Conclusion? This dog was leading a really terrible life. I am very glad to say this dog is now leading a much more happy life.
This is the message from my client, written eight months after we started the treatment.
Hi My name is Shirley,
I own a beautiful chocolate Labrador who has a bad skin condition called Dermatitis Atopica Cronica. He has been on a high dosage of a tablet called Atopica, but he was always scratching and biting himself causing his hair to fall out and leaving his skin like Elephant Hide. He also had a nasty smell about him. Bruno who is training my dogs gave me the name of Eva Schoenfeld in South Africa of The Academy of Tissue Salts and Facial Analysis. Ben has been taking Tissue Salts now for 8 months and I am so pleased to report that they are working and we have been able to half the amount of the Atopica tablets he was taking. He has a lovely shiny coat the hair has grown back and he does not scratch or bite himself . I would recommend these tissue salts for allergies.
Shirley
What happened?
Although I had been invited because the dog did not ‘behave’ (?) well, I first wanted to know what kind of food he was eating.
Unfortunately it was one of the cheapest supermarket feeds full of cereal killers, sub-products, additives, preservatives, colouring agents and other harmful chemicals.
My client was more than willing to change the dog’s diet. The first thing I did was bring a paper bag of 20 kg to her kitchen and have her put the dog on a natural dried food without chemicals nor cereals.
Then I did send a report to Eva Schoenfeld, author of the book ´Schüssler Tissue Salts for my Dog´. She replied by also sending a questionnaire to my client and having received the answers she mailed her advice:
- Put the dog on natural food without cereals and chemicals.
- Move his basket away from plugs, cables, television sets, computers, mobile phones and other sources of electromagnetic pollution.
- Add supplements of barley leaves to his food, together with leaves of salad and spinach cut to pieces.
- Give the dog on a daily basis a combination of natural tissue salts. We started with the numbers 6,7,8,10 and 13.(For readers outside Europe, please pay attention as in some countries other numbers are being used for the Natural Tissue Salts. Therefore I ask you to contact me before starting a treatment.)
The following months my client and myself constantly stayed in touch with Eva Schoenfeld informing her about all the changes that took place in the state of health of her faraway patient. This enabled Eva to adapt the dosage and combination of the tissue salts to the changes that took place in the dogs body.
One day I accompanied my client to the veterinary clinic. The vet who had been treating the dog for 5 years could not believe his eyes. It turns out that this dog has a beautiful brown coat and a white spot on his chest. As he had almost no fur we did not know this. Gone is the awful smell, gone is the scratching and biting and gone are the impressive monthly bills for the expensive drug.
By the way, do not think that natural tissue salts are some kind of strange remedy for dogs.
I started taking them 6 years ago and since then I never stopped.
If you want to know more about natural tissue salts for yourself or for your dog (or your horse) just get in touch with me via this blog or with Eva Schoenfeld. Her website is www.facialanalysis.co.za

Cravings because of mineral deficiencies
Dear Schuessler friend,
In this posting I want to speak to you about cravings.
The beauty of it is that you can detect rather easily what kind of deficiency of Natural Tissue Salts(NTS) you have, when you start paying attention to your cravings. As we all want to take responsibility of our own health I am giving you here a list of cravings and how to deal with them. In the first column I indicate a craving for… In the second column I indicate the name of the NTS and in the third column you can find the total number of tablets you are suggested to take per day in order to stop the craving.
By taking the NTS you will restock the missing minerals in your cells and that will cause the craving to disappear. It is as simple as that.
Milk Calcium phosphoricum 10/20
Smoked fish or meat Calcium phosphoricum 10/20
Ketchup Calcium phosphoricum 10
Mustard Calcium phosphoricum 10
Cheese Calcium phosphoricum 10
Liver, liver sausages Ferrum phosphoricum 10
Dark chocolate Magnesium phosphoricum 10/30
Milk chocolate with nuts Kalium phosphoricum 10/30
Salt Natrium chloratum 10/30
Farinaceous food Natrium phosphoricum 10
White bread Natrium phosphoricum 10
Noodles Natrium phosphoricum 10
Rich fatty food Natrium phosphoricum 10
Sweets Natrium phosphoricum 10/30
Millet Silicea 10
Going to the gym.
Some of you have told me you regularly go to the gym for a workout. Never exaggerate these workouts, thinking that you can get back in shape in a short time. Speaking from personal experience I do know that it is impossible. Trying to get back in shape in a short time can even lead you to a set back. You can get hurt and as a result you will then feel worse than you felt before you started your workouts in the gym.
Preparing for an exam I now train between two and four hours a day. Every day I take more than 100 tablets of NTS. Thereby I pay special attention to nr 5 Kalium phosphoricum, which is not only a very good anti-septicum but it is also known as the power-mineral.
Kindest regards from Bruno

"Bad" cold or "good" cold?
Dear Schuessler friends,
SORE FEET
My good friend Jan read the testimonial about sore feet, written by Carlos. She felt inspired because she knows a gentleman who has sore feet too. As Jan is a good girl, she wants to help her friend and bought a box of tablets of Calcium fluoratum number 1. Now, the friend does not want to take the tablets.
For me this is an inspiring story.
I understand that we want to help a suffering friend. But personally I prefer to meet the suffering person in question, listen to her/his story, give information and do a facial analysis before anything else.
It has to do with my conviction that we can all be able to take responsibility of our own life, and of our own health, if we have sufficient information.
In the mean time I have asked Carlos some more details.
Having read about Natural Tissue Salts he started taking 10 tablets per day of Calcium fluoratum number 1. After 10 days the pain in his feet was gone. However if he stops taking the tablets, the pain in his feet comes back.
"BAD" COLD OR "GOOD" COLD?
By the way, I have had an interesting experience.
With the intention of just having a quick look at my emails, I went to the office and did not light the fire. However, a few mails were so interesting that I worked for several hours and ignored the low temperature in the room. When I finished working I was shivering and feeling the cold in my bones. The result was a combination of a cough, headache, sore throat, a running nose and a complete loss of energy.
What did I do?
I stayed at home for a week, slept a lot, drank dozens of cups of tea, took 10 tablets per day of nr 3 Ferrum phosphoricum, 30 tablets per day of nr 10 Natrium sulfuricum, 10 tablets per day of nr 8 Natrium chloratum and 10 tablets per day of nr 4 Natrium chloratum, combined with Romilar sirop and Acetilcisteina Mylan 200 powder.
After the first week I once more took 50 tablets of nr 3 Ferrum phosphoricum per day in order to restore my level of life force.
I am back on my feet now and feeling well.
What I had was not a "bad" cold. It was a "good" cold, because it was a message from my body telling me: Hey Bruno slow down for a while.
So I listened and just did that.
Looking forward to your comments on this blog.
Kindest regards from Bruno
